1- THE AMERICAN LOGO SERVICE

1.1 The American Logo offer services to Customers.
1.2 For Customers, The American Logo Service includes the ability to have custom designed logos, Get business card, letterhead, social covers, flyer design, T-shirt design, bag design, presentation, app home screen, website banner, brand book, web ad design, signage design and car wrap design via bundles.

2- COPYRIGHTS

2.1 Customers will get the rights immediately after purchasing the logo and clearing the payment.

2.2 Before purchasing the logo, The American Logo will have the appropriate rights to the logo submitted. After receiving the payment, The American Logo will not have any rights to the logos they sell. The right will be transferred to the customer through the The American Logo platform.

3- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & GUARANTEES

3.1 The client acknowledges that we are responsible for the design transfer. After the payment is completed, the final document will be transferred to you. We guarantee to protect the delivery of the design for you.

(a) After the final design documents are delivered, we will not be responsible for anything you do to the design.

(b) After purchase, we do not guarantee your abuse or utilization of the design.

4- FEES

4.1 To purchase any logo or any other service mentioned on our website, the customer must first pay the price.

5- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Customers acknowledge that by purchasing logos from us, they have obtained the intellectual property rights for these logos.

5.2 If there is any copyright abuse, you agree to report the property violation to us and the relevant authorities.

6- REFUNDS

6.1 The Logo is turned out to be copied or copyrighted to anyone else.

6.2 The design is defective or not same as shown at the time of purchasing.
6.3 They have placed a duplicate order in error.
The Logo will only be suppose as defective if The American Logo Quality check team declared it imperfect. 100% refund will be given to Customers in above given conditions.
6.4 All Our Custom design packages comes with 100% money back guarantee. 100% Refund can be claimed by customer anytime by any means (email, live chat, or phone call) before the finalization of their project if he/ she does not like the work and will be refunded within 48 working hours Max. as of till the next forty-five days from initiation of the project.

It is also possible to request revisions to any selected concepts, as all refund methods are invalid.

7- GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS

8- ACCOUNTS ON THE AMERICAN LOGO

8.1 You agree with our opinion that you will provide true information about yourself and maintain its accuracy.

8.2 You are responsible for the editing of all activities and detailed information in your account.

8.3 You hereby agree to immediately notify The American Logo of any suspicious use of the account.

8.4 Any unauthorized and illegal activity detected will result in your account being banned.

8.5 You agree that The American Logo can ban account on detection of any type of scam, spam or illegal activity. After banning, you’ll not be able to access your account.

8.6 However, you can request a reconsideration. Our team will review and decide whether to approve it or not.

9- USAGE POLICY

9.1 You agree that you’ll not breach any third party right including trademark, copyright, privacy right, or any other proprietary right which is unlawful, harassing, defamatory and harmful.
9.2 You comply with applicable privacy laws and data protection laws.
9.3 You agree to not use site for
(a) Uploading malicious computer viruses or any software that is intended to damage site data or system.
(b) Forcefully creating burdens on servers.

10.1 All the designs that are being sold on our site are original and unique.
10.2 The designs are not exclusively being sold to you. If you want exclusive design, you’ll have to pay additional charges.
10.3 There is no copyrighted material, content or design published on our site.

11- CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS

11.1 The usage rights that are granted to you after agreeing to our terms and conditions have some certain following restrictions.
(a) You must not sell, rent, misuse, customize or exploit the site or services.
(b) You must not recompile or reverse engineer the site or services.
(c) You must access the code or services in order to create or promote a duplicate product or competitive service.
