At The American Logo, we understand that circumstances may change during the course of a project or service engagement. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions related to project cancellations, recurring service cancellations, and service termination.

The American Logo reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds After Cancellation
Cancellation of a project does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Any refund request will be evaluated in accordance with The American Logo's Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on factors including project status, work completed, deliverables provided, and expenses incurred.

Cancellation requests for recurring services must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the next billing cycle.

Active Billing Periods
Fees charged for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by The American Logo.
Services will remain active until the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Client Inactivity
To ensure efficient project management, clients are expected to remain reasonably responsive throughout the engagement.
If a client becomes unresponsive for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, The American Logo reserves the right to place the project on hold, archive project materials, close the project, or terminate the engagement without refund.
Project timelines, delivery schedules, and service obligations may be affected by prolonged client inactivity.
