The American Logo provides digital services and delivers all products electronically.

Digital Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email
  • Secure cloud storage links
  • Client portals
  • Project management systems
  • Source code repositories
  • Other mutually agreed electronic delivery methods

No physical products are shipped.

Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, client responsiveness, approvals, scope changes, third-party dependencies, and other project requirements.

Client Delays

Project timelines may be extended if required content, approvals, credentials, access information, feedback, or other project requirements are not provided by the client in a timely manner.

The American Logo shall not be responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, content, credentials, or feedback.

Client-caused delays shall not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Project Completion

Projects are considered delivered once the agreed deliverables have been transmitted electronically to the client through an approved delivery method.

Final File Release

Final files will be released only after the Client provides written approval of the designs and deliverables applicable to the project scope. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, websites, applications, AI automation systems, AI agents, source files, credentials, and other final project materials.

Written approval confirms that the Client has reviewed and accepted the applicable deliverables before final release.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery shall be deemed complete when final deliverables, files, credentials, access information, source code, websites, applications, designs, or other agreed materials have been transmitted electronically to the client.

Acceptance

Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered work promptly.

Any revision requests, concerns, objections, or disputes must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days following delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deliverables shall be deemed accepted if no written revision request, objection, or dispute is received within fourteen (14) calendar days following delivery.

Policy Updates

The American Logo reserves the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
