Communication, Access & Deployment Policy

Last Updated: August 27, 2026

This policy defines who a client communicates with during a project, whose instructions The American Logo acts on, and what access a client must provide so that a website, integration or deployment can be completed. It applies to every engagement alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Designated Points of Contact

The designated points of contact for all project-related communication, updates, approvals, feedback, queries, and decisions will be limited to the assigned Project Manager(s) and Sales Representative(s) only.

Clients should not contact designers, developers, or any other team members directly regarding project discussions, changes, or technical queries.

Authority of Instructions

Any instructions, requests, feedback, or approvals provided by unauthorized individuals outside the designated contacts will not be considered official unless confirmed by the assigned Project Manager or Sales Representative.

Deployment Access

For website deployment, the client must provide the required delegate access to domain, hosting, CMS, server, and any related accounts needed for successful deployment and configuration.

Third-Party Integrations

For third-party integrations, including but not limited to payment gateways, email services, CRM systems, APIs, automation tools, analytics platforms, and other external services, the client must provide all required API keys, credentials, licenses, documentation, and access permissions.

Accuracy of Access Details

The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided access details are accurate, active, and have the necessary permissions.

Any delays caused by missing, incorrect, expired, or restricted access may result in adjustments to the project timeline.

Use and Handling of Client Access

The company will only use provided access for project-related purposes and will follow reasonable security practices while handling client information and credentials.

After Project Completion

Once the project is completed, the client may update passwords, revoke temporary access, or modify permissions as required for their security.
