Welcome to The American Logo. By accessing our website, purchasing our services or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services
The American Logo provides digital business solutions including but not limited to:
- Logo Design & Brand Identity
- Website Design & Development
- Web Applications & CRM Development
- Mobile Application Development
- AI Automation Solutions
- Business Growth & Scaling Consulting
- Digital Strategy & Technology Consulting
All services are provided according to the scope, proposal, quotation or agreement approved by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and project requirements.
- Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner.
- Supply necessary content, images, credentials and approvals required for project completion.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.
Delays in communication may impact project timelines.
Payments
All projects require payment according to the agreed proposal, invoice or contract.
Payments may be collected through approved payment processors including PayPal and other authorized payment methods.
The American Logo reserves the right to pause work on any project with overdue invoices until payment is received.
Project Commencement
Work on a project begins once payment has been received and all required onboarding information, materials, credentials, and approvals have been provided by the client. By submitting payment, the client authorizes The American Logo to commence work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, revisions and client responsiveness.
Project milestones and delivery dates will be communicated during onboarding and project execution.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package or agreement.
Revision requests must remain within the originally approved project scope.
Requests that significantly alter the original scope may require a separate quotation.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve custom digital work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered if:
- Work has not yet commenced.
- No deliverables have been provided.
- The American Logo is unable to provide the agreed service.
Refunds will generally not be issued after:
- Design concepts have been delivered.
- Development work has commenced.
- Approved milestones have been completed.
- Final files or project access have been delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
The American Logo retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, proposals, source materials, methodologies and internal development frameworks unless specifically transferred under a written agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the course of the project.
Limitation of Liability
The American Logo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.
Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, software vendors, payment processors or other services.
The American Logo is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates or operational decisions made by third-party providers.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Any completed work performed up to the termination date shall remain billable and payable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
